Two things can take your bot off the market: our platform, or Steam. This page separates them, because the answer changes what you do next.
Our platform is read from the bots' own reports, which arrive every fifteen seconds. Steam Community and the Steam Web API are checked from our server every five minutes, and Steam trade offers and chat each time our rate checker uses them. A service says No data until something shows it working, rather than being called fine because nothing has complained. Thirty day figures are not recorded yet.

Ours to fix. If one of these is down, you do not need to do anything except wait, and we already know.
Not ours to fix, and worth checking first during a Tuesday maintenance window. A bot that looks dead is often Steam refusing offers.
Anything that affected trading across the platform in the last thirty days, with when it started and how long it lasted, whether or not the cause was ours.
No incidents recorded in the last thirty days.
