Feature your bot at the top of the list
A featured bot sits in the Featured table at the top of its page, above the whole list. It costs 1 TF2 key a week, paid from your key bank, and you choose how many weeks.
1. Put keys in your key bank
Featuring is paid in TF2 keys from your key bank. To add keys, open Key Bank, press Open Trade Link, offer your TF2 keys, and paste the message the page shows you (it starts with B:) as the trade message. We accept the offer within a couple of minutes and the keys appear in your bank. Your account needs a linked Steam account and a verified email.
Need TF2 keys? Buy them at Gameza Level Up, the TF2 key and Steam level shop run by the same people as SteamTradeX.
2. Feature the bot
- Open Listed Bots and find the bot. It must be live on the list: a bot still in review cannot be featured yet.
- Under Feature this bot, choose the number of weeks, from 1 to 52, and press Feature.
- Confirm. The keys leave your key bank and the bot is in the Featured table straight away.
Already featured? The same place says how many days are left, and Add Weeks adds to them.
3. How featured time works
- It counts down by the day, whether or not anybody is looking at the page.
- Edits pause it. Editing a live listing sends it back to review. While it is off the page the countdown stops, and the days are given back when it is approved again.
- It belongs to whoever paid. If the bot moves to a new owner, the whole weeks not yet used go back to the key bank they came from, and the bot arrives unfeatured.
- The bot’s own account can feature it too, from the same key bank, but only up to 8 weeks ahead. Signed in as yourself there is no such limit.
Questions
Does featuring change the rate check or the Missing Data table?
No. A featured bot is held to the same rules as every other: if it stops sending its rates, or fails a test order, the list says so.
Is featuring the same as an advert?
No. Featuring lifts one listed bot on its own page. A banner advert is a picture in one of six slots at the top of every bot list page, and it can point anywhere. See Advertise on the bot list.
Can I get keys back for weeks I have not used?
Only when the bot changes owner, as above. Otherwise featured time runs until it ends.
